What tools do I need to begin?
Most beginner modules use a basin wrench, adjustable wrench, plumber’s tape, a small hacksaw, and a plunger. Courses recommend optional tools when they genuinely save time.
How do you approach safety?
We apply lockout, temperature checks, ventilation guidance, and PPE reminders. Each lesson starts with a short “safety gate.”
What is your refund policy?
If a course does not meet expectations, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and before completing 50% of the content.
How long do I keep access?
You receive ongoing access, including updates to the syllabus. If a course is retired, you will retain a downloadable checklist and key lessons.
How are levels defined?
Beginner: no plumbing background. Intermediate: basic familiarity with fittings and traps. Advanced: comfortable with codes and complex assemblies.
Are courses accredited?
Our certificates reflect completed training hours and assessments. While not a state license, they can support CE discussions with local bodies.
Do instructors provide feedback?
Yes. Upload notes and results to receive written pointers and, when relevant, short video explanations.
What about materials and parts?
We provide shopping lists with part numbers and alternatives. You can practice with inexpensive offcuts before touching home systems.
How much time should I allocate per module?
Most modules take 45–90 minutes, including practice time and safety gates. Complex assemblies can take 2–3 hours.
